Slay Your Systems Community Terms and Conditions
By joining the Slay Your Systems Community ("Community") on Circle, you ("Member") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, productive, and respectful environment for all members. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not join or participate in the Community.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Community, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms applicable to specific areas of the Community.
2. Community Purpose
The Community is designed to provide a supportive and collaborative space for members of the Slay Your Systems Program to share insights, ask questions, and support each other in optimizing their business and life systems.
3. Member Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind.
Sharing inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive content.
Violating privacy by sharing private messages or personal information without consent.
Spamming, excessive self-promotion, or advertising without explicit permission from Community administrators.
Engaging in discussions or behaviors that disrupt the positive and supportive environment of the Community.
Members are expected to engage professionally, respectfully, and constructively at all times.
4. Content Sharing & Intellectual Property
Members are encouraged to share their insights, experiences, and resources, as long as they respect intellectual property rights.
By posting in the Community, you grant the administrators a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and display any content you contribute.
Members must not share content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyrighted materials without permission.
5. Disclaimers & Member Responsibilities
No Professional Advice
This Community provides coaching, discussions, and shared experiences related to systems, productivity, and business operations.
Nothing in this Community replaces professional advice from a licensed therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, accountant, or other certified expert.
Any advice, suggestions, or recommendations shared in this Community are for informational and educational purposes only.
Members are responsible for consulting the appropriate professional before acting on any advice received in the Community.
Third-Party Tools & Resources
Any tools, apps, software, or third-party resources mentioned or recommended are provided as suggestions only.
The Community and its administrators do not guarantee the effectiveness, security, or outcomes of any third-party tools or services.
Members use any recommended tools at their own discretion and risk and should conduct their own due diligence before implementation.
Confidentiality & Data Security
Members must not share sensitive or private information within the Community, including but not limited to:
Personal financial details
Passwords or login credentials
Sensitive client or business data
Private medical or legal information
While the administrators strive to maintain a safe environment, the Community cannot guarantee the privacy or security of any information shared.
Members are responsible for protecting their own personal and business information.
6. Member Responsibility for Their Own Actions
Members are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes based on information, discussions, or recommendations shared in the Community.
The administrators and other members are not responsible for how any individual chooses to implement strategies, systems, or advice received within the Community.
7. No Guarantees of Results
While the Community provides strategies, resources, and guidance, there is no guarantee that participation will lead to specific results such as increased productivity, business growth, financial success, or personal improvement.
Outcomes depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond the control of the administrators or Community members.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Members agree to respect the privacy of all Community discussions and may not share, screenshot, or distribute content shared by other members outside of the Community without explicit permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Community.
9. AI & Automation Tools Disclaimer
Any discussions, recommendations, or strategies involving AI, automation, or systemization tools are provided for informational purposes only.
Members are responsible for conducting their own research and ensuring compliance with privacy laws, security best practices, and platform terms of service when implementing these tools.
The Community is not responsible for any errors, data loss, or unintended consequences resulting from the use of automation or AI-based tools.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Community and its administrators do not endorse or take responsibility for any advice, recommendations, or opinions expressed by members.
All information and content provided within the Community are offered on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Community administrators will not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—resulting from your participation in the Community or reliance on any information, advice, or resources shared.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the administrators from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their participation or conduct within the Community.
12. Payment Terms & No Refunds Policy
Some memberships within the Slay Your Systems Community require a monthly payment.
By signing up for a paid membership, you agree to the stated monthly fee and understand that payments are non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Members are responsible for managing their own subscription and may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
If a member is removed for violating these terms, no refunds will be issued.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in the Community will be resolved through informal negotiation first.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with Michigan law.
14. Termination & Removal
Administrators reserve the right to remove any member from the Community without notice or refund if they violate these terms.
Removal may occur if a member acts inappropriately, disruptively, or in violation of these guidelines.
Decisions regarding member removal are at the sole discretion of the administrators and are intended to maintain a positive environment.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The administrators reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws doctrine.
