Slay Your Systems Fulfillment Policy
1. Digital Products
For digital products, such as templates, tools, or guides:
Delivery: Your digital product will be delivered immediately via email and/or download link after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, contact support@slayyoursystems.com.
2. 90-Minute Sessions
For 90-minute 1:1 sessions:
Booking: After purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule your session.
Rescheduling/Cancellation:
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: All strategy session sales are final. If you can’t attend your session, please contact support@slayyoursystems.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
3. Coaching and Full-Service Retainer Work
For monthly coaching and retainer service packages:
Delivery: Services are delivered through scheduled calls, communication in agreed channels (e.g., email, Slack), and completed project deliverables.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of customized services, cancellations are not eligible for refunds after work has begun.
Refund Policy: All coaching and retainer service payments are non-refundable.
4. Group Programs
For group programs:
Access: Program materials, calls, or community access will be provided as outlined during purchase.
Cancellation Policy: Once you’ve joined the program, no refunds are available. If you’re unable to continue, please contact me to discuss options.
