When a Slack message isn't enough and we need to actually look at something together, we get on a call. Use it when you need it, leave it when you don’t. Async more your style? No problem at all — calls are not required.

2 fix-it tickets per month (up to 2 hours of DFY time). Something needs fixing, updating, or tweaking — just send it over and I'll handle it. If it runs over, no problem! We either push it to next month or I finish it at your discounted member rate and invoice separately.
If something turns into a bigger lift — a bigger build, a new integration, a dedicated deep dive — you get discounted rates on hourly DFY project work and 90-Minute DWY sessions as a member of Hotline.
