Before the session, you’ll fill out a quick intake form so I have some context before we meet. Then we hop on our call, you show me what’s going on, and we get to work.
Depending on what you bring, that might look like me reviewing your Notion setup, mapping out a workflow together, troubleshooting an automation, brainstorming a better way to do something, or sharing my screen and building right alongside you.
Sometimes we solve the whole thing during the call.
Sometimes we map out exactly what I’d do so you can go implement it afterward.
Sometimes we start with one problem and realize there’s something else underneath it that’s worth tackling first.
Every session looks a little different because every business and brain is different.
The goal is always the same: by the end of our 90 minutes together, you know what the problem is, what to do about it, and what your next step is.

Let’s get to work! We’ll spend 90 minutes working through whatever you brought to the session. Sometimes we’re building. Sometimes we’re digging to figure out what's locking up your brain. Sometimes we’re mapping things out. Whatever the problem is, that’s what we’re tackling.
Step three
After our call, you’ll get the replay, session notes, process maps, and anything we created together. If there’s still implementation left to do, you’ll leave knowing exactly where to pick back up. And if you added Slack support, I’m right there with you while you finish putting it into place.

What if I know I want this session but I don’t know exactly what to bring?
That’s okay.
Some people come in with one specific automation or a Notion setup they want me to look at.
Other people just know something in their business isn’t working the way they want it to... and figuring out what the real problem is the problem we're here to solve.
What if we don’t finish everything in 90 minutes?
Sometimes we do get the whole thing done during the call! Sometimes we make a ton of progress and you leave with a clear plan for the rest. It all depends on what we're tackling, but either way, you won’t leave wondering what to do next.
If there's more to do afterwards and you need support, you'll get another chance to book another 90-Minute session OR add the Slack add-on after we meet. How do I know if what I need is a 90-minute session or something bigger?

You'll get solutions right on this call which sets you up for success right off the bat. After that, we’ll figure out pretty quickly whether it makes sense to keep chipping away one thing at a time or whether you’d be better served in coaching or a full systems build.
These sessions are most often where I direct anyone who isn't sure what level of service they need yet. How soon can we meet?
It depends on my calendar. Most sessions land about 2-3 weeks out, sometimes closer to 4, and sometimes there's an opening the same week. Once you check out, you'll see every open spot when you book.
What if I ask a dumb question?
There are zero dumb questions lol. And even if you don't know how to ask what you're asking or how to explain what you're looking for, we'll get to the bottom of it.
If my intake form is complete WORD VOMIT, is that okay?
