1:1 COACHING
You’ve built some systems that make you think, “holy shit, this is SO good.”
Now let’s build the rest of your core business backend to match.
You’ve built some systems that make you think, “holy shit, this is SO good.”
Now let’s make the rest of your business work like that too.
Private 1:1 systems coaching for neurodivergent business owners who want systems that support how THEIR brains work, but are done trying to figure out the entire plan and every complicated part by themselves.
You do the building. I help you figure out exactly what to build, make all the decisions you’ve been going in circles on, get through the techy sh*t that keeps stalling you, and make sure everything works together when we’re done.
You’re not looking to hire someone to build your systems for you.
You’re not looking to hire someone to build your systems for you.
That would take half the fun out of it. You LIKE playing around with tech in your business. You get excited when a Notion update drops, when you figure out a formula that does exactly what you wanted, or when an automation finally fires right and does something you never want to touch manually again.
But you’re also not here to learn the basics.
You already know your way around that stuff. You’ve already built some systems that are genuinely GOOD. The real problem is that the systems you love are still separate from everything else. You don’t have one setup where all the core pieces work together and make the whole business easier to run (yet).
Instead, you have a running list of everything else you want to build, fix, connect, automate, or completely rethink. Every time you sit down to work on it, you have to decide where to start all over again. One day you’re rebuilding your task system. The next, you’re halfway into a client onboarding automation. Then you find a new feature that could solve something else and suddenly the thing you meant to finish is sitting untouched for another month…
But you’re also not here to learn the basics about how to use apps like Notion, Zapier, etc.
You’re here because you’re ready for a clear AF plan to build the badass core systems that will change the way you run your business for good.
You’re here because you’re ready to build the badass core systems that will change the way you run your business for good.
We're not gonna keep spinning on five hundred different ideas. We're figuring out exactly what your core systems need to look like for YOUR brain and business, then building them together over three months.
Your Second Brain task and project management system. Your CRM and offer workflows. Your automatic note and task capture setup. And all the automations that tie it all together.
This is when running your business starts feeling
ridiculously satisfying.
A client call ends, and two minutes later the notes, tasks, and full context are already in Notion waiting for you. You simply mention something that needs to happen in one of your chats in Slack, and it’s in Notion, too. Suddenly maintaining your task system doesn’t feel like a whole ass job anymore… because it’s maintaining itself.
A new client wants to work with you, and one flip of a switch later the agreement, invoice, onboarding form, project, folders, Slack channel, and welcome emails are created on their own. You get to just celebrate a sale and then show up and do your thing.
You’ve got ONE central dashboard you can open every morning that tells you EXACTLY what’s going on. Everything that needs you comes straight to you – you’re never looking for a thing (and on the off chance you need to find something, it’s just a matter of asking AI and you’ve got it in a few seconds). The whole thing feels so intuitive, built so closely to how your own brain works… it has your back and you KNOW it, and even just opening it feels like an instant dopamine hit.
Everywhere you look, there’s yet another part of your business doing exactly what you need it to do.
No more having three systems you’re obsessed with and twenty things you still need to fix.
Your core systems are feeling GOOD, and you’re absolutely geeking out about it.
Welcome To 1:1 COACHING
This is where we take your business from a handful of systems that work pretty well to one connected core setup you’re obsessed with — where your systems are working like a digital team of ten and actually hold up even when life (and ADHD) get REAL.
Over three months, we'll build out your task and project management system, your CRM and offer workflows, your call note and automatic task capture setup, and all the automations that connect everything together. You'll have a clear project plan from the start, and we'll be on calls talking through setups, making decisions, and working through the complicated stuff together.
This isn’t biweekly systems Q&A where you bring me one random systems problem to fix and we move on. We’re figuring out exactly what your core brain-first systems look like for YOUR brain and business, then getting in there and bringing them to life together.
And by the time we’re finished, you won’t just have some seriously STRONG foundational systems.
You’ll understand exactly how they work and why they work so well for you—and the next time you add an offer, change a process, or dream up something new, you’ll know exactly how to systemize the hell out of it.
The truth is… you’ve seen too much of what badass systems can really do to keep settling for systems that are only halfway there.
And right now, you can feel the unfinished, just “good enough” parts everywhere.
And right now, you can feel the unfinished, just “good enough” parts everywhere.
You’ve got a running list of systems projects that somehow keeps getting longer.
Every time you sit down to work on your systems, you end up somewhere different. One day you’re rebuilding your task system. The next you’re halfway through an onboarding automation… until something gets you stuck. Then a new app feature pulls you into setting up something else before either of those are finished.
You’re doing a ton of systems work, but the same big projects keep sitting there half-done—and the full setup you actually want seems SO far away.
Some parts of your business feel SO good, and then other parts make you wonder why the hell you’re still doing them manually.
One process runs beautifully. But somewhere else you’re copying the same information into three places, sending the same email again, or rebuilding the same client setup every single time someone signs.
And once you know how easy something could be, doing it manually gets ten times more annoying.
You know what you want your business to look like on the backend. You just keep getting stuck on how to build the whole thing.
You've got the ideas. You can picture it. But there's a real jump between "this would be incredible" and knowing how to build all of it so it actually works — and that's where things stall out.
And sometimes you build something genuinely badass… just to end up not using it at all.
You were obsessed while you were building it. It technically does exactly what it's supposed to do. But your ADHD brain said "nope" and you still can't totally explain why.
You still love building systems. You’re just ready for all the building to finally result in something complete.
Almost-there systems have had their moment.
Now it's time to finish the core setup — and finally get to just use it.
YOUR BUSINESS
AFTER 1:1 COACHING
That running list of systems projects — it finally stops feeling like an anxious pile of competing ideas.
You stop bouncing between five half-built systems every time you sit down to work. We’ve already decided what you’re finishing first, what you’re working on next, and what’s staying parked for later.
So when you open your laptop, you’re not choosing from a giant list or getting pulled into another shiny idea. You know exactly what you’re building, and the projects that have been sitting half-done for months are finally getting finished.
The parts of your business that used to make you think, “why the hell am I doing this myself?” — they’re not even on your mind now, because they take care of themselves.
A client signs and the agreement, invoice, forms, emails, project, folders, and Slack channel are handled. Your calls create the notes and tasks. Information goes where it belongs without you copying it across three different apps yourself.
You open your laptop and it feels like someone already organized the whole day for you.
You stop spending hours building brilliant systems that disappear from your life two weeks later.
What we build gives your brain a reason to keep coming back. It’s clear when you open it. The context is already there. You can tell where you left off without reconstructing the last five days from memory.
And when you fall off of things for a bit, as ADHD brains do, your systems actually help you get back up instead of just becoming one more thing you’re avoiding.
Your systems finally stop feeling like a house you’re permanently renovating.
You’re not rebuilding your task setup every few months, changing direction every time you see a shiny new app, or playing IT and fixes issues left and right.
You know what your business actually needs. You’re building the right shit for that. And once it’s built, it works.
So instead of constantly rethinking, rebuilding, and troubleshooting the foundation, you get to just USE it.
You still get to geek out over your systems. You’re just finally geeking out over how WELL they work—not endlessly building or trying to fix them.
Oh yeah…
Your business is about to get
a whole lot hotter behind the scenes.
Here’s what working together actually looks like ⤵︎
-
We get the things currently floating around your head into one setup you can actually trust. We build the places your projects, tasks, ideas, notes, decisions, and context need to live, then create easier ways for new things to get captured before they disappear.
By the end of this stage, you are not starting every day by trying to remember your entire business.
-
We map what happens from the moment someone becomes a lead through selling, onboarding, delivering the work, and wrapping things up. Then you build the CRM and workflows that keep the information, steps, and follow-ups from relying on your memory.
By the end of this stage, you can see exactly where people are, what has happened, and what needs to happen next.
-
We connect the systems, automate the repetitive steps, and make sure information moves where it needs to go. Then you use everything inside your real business and we fix what is confusing, annoying, too complicated, or still asking too much from your brain.
By the end, the core systems are no longer a collection of promising ideas. They are built, connected, tested, and running inside your business.
Everything you get inside 1:1 Coaching ⤵︎
-
This is where we get fully into your business and make shit happen.
We’ll talk through what you’re building, make the decisions you’ve been going in circles on, troubleshoot whatever isn’t cooperating, and get inside the apps together when it would honestly be faster to just build the damn thing.
Some calls will be mostly strategy. Some will turn into full-on build sessions. Most will probably be a very productive mix of both.
-
Because your questions, ideas, and Zap errors are not going to politely wait for our next session.
Send me the Loom. The screenshot. The automation that’s almost working. The idea you can see perfectly in your head but cannot figure out how to build. The “okay wait… could we make it do this too?” thought before you lose four hours trying to test it yourself.
You’ll hear back within 72 business hours, so one stuck point doesn’t get to sit there killing the momentum for the next two weeks.
-
Your plan, call recordings, notes, decisions, resources, and next steps all live in one place.
You’ll always know what we’re working on, what you need to do next, and what’s still coming later—without needing to remember every idea or reconstruct our entire plan from old Slack messages.
-
You’re not starting every new system from a blank page just because you want it custom.
When I already have a template, workflow, formula, or starting point that can save you hours, you’ll get it. Then we’ll tear it apart and make it fit your business, your brain, and exactly what you want it to do.
-
You are doing the building, but I am not sitting on a call watching you struggle through something I could help you solve in ten minutes.
When a piece gets complicated, we get into it together. That is the done-with-you part.

FAQs

GREAT starting point!!
We’ll look at what’s already working, keep the good stuff, and build on top of it. Sometimes the answer will be a different tool or structure. A lot of the time, the answer is getting the setup you already have to work better and connect with everything else.
-
You do not need to know every app inside and out, but you do need to be comfortable using tech and willing to build between sessions.
You are not coming here to learn what an automation is. You are coming because you want help deciding what to automate, figuring out how the complicated setup should work, and getting through the parts you have not been able to build on your own.
-
With all the kindness in my heart, NOOOO! That “mess” is a GOLDMINE of information that is going to help me see where you need the most help, and what kind of solutions would work best specifically for you. The “mess” is also a major piece of the puzzle, and there is NOOO judgement here at all, we’ve all been there.
-
We get into it together.
Some things are easier to talk through. Some need a Loom. And some are honestly faster to build together on a call than spend an hour trying to explain from a distance.
That’s the done-with-you part.
-
Not necessarily, but I’ll for sure talk to you about all the great things about them!
Notion and Moxie are the systems I use myself and recommend most to other business owners because of their capability when it comes to custom builds (ADHD brains are PICKY, we need to be able to build what the brain wants!) and automations (Moxie and Notion both have more connectivity with other tools than a lot of other similar apps).
I can always work with (or even learn) other apps to build what you’re looking for. If it’s something I know is out of my wheelhouse, I’ll let you know before we even get on a sales call — I ask you what systems you are using or would like to use on the application form! -
You’re the one building, so you’ll need actual time to implement.
How much depends on what we’re working on, but you should expect to spend at least a few focused hours between calls. If you have zero time or desire to build, Total Systems Revamp will be a better fit!
-
Yes — for most clients with established businesses and offers who implement between sessions and give feedback as we build to keep things moving forward, 3 months is perfect.
This three months is not to systemize every possible corner of your business — these three months focus on the core systems (Second Brain task + business management system, CRM and offer workflows, automatic task capture systems, and the automations that tie them together) to get them built and functioning well, and all working together in a seamless eco-system.
If you find you need more time, or you want to build even deeper after the 3 months to really systemize it ALL, you’ll have an opportunity to extend at the end!
This offer is also not meant for business owners who do not yet have at least loose processes figured out — if this is you, I’d still LOVEEE to help you map your processes out, but please start with a 90 Minute Session and 1:1 Coaching will be your next step. -
They do not need to be perfect (we’ll be polishing them up anyways), but they do need to exist.
We can absolutely improve the steps, remove unnecessary stuff, and make the workflows work better while we build. But if you are still deciding how you deliver what you sell, what should happen with a client from start to finish, etc., there’s some setup to be done before 1:1 Coaching fits.
If this is you, check out my 90 Minute Sessions where we can map out these processes together before jumping into 1:1 Coaching!
