TOTAL SYSTEMS REVAMP
You know all that stuff you have to fight your brain to do every day in your business?
Your systems are about to start doing a hell of a lot more of it for you.
You know all that stuff you have to fight your brain to do every day in your business?
Your systems are about to start doing a hell of a lot more of it for you.
Welcome to Total Systems Revamp. A done-for-you whole-business backend strategy and build retainer where getting shit done becomes way less dependent on whether your brain woke up ready to cooperate.
You know all that stuff you have to fight your brain to do every day in your business?
Your systems are about to start doing a hell of a lot more of it for you.
You know all that stuff you have to fight your brain to do every day in your business?
Your systems are about to start doing a hell of a lot more of it for you.
Let's be real -- if one day you woke up with a brain that did exactly what you tell it to do, it would be OVER for everyone else. You'd be unstoppable. We both know it.
Let's be real -- if one day you woke up with a brain that did exactly what you tell it to do, it would be OVER for everyone else. You'd be unstoppable. We both know it.
On a great day, you wake up and you're IN FLOW -- you're checking things off your task list, you're pushing shit FORWARD, spittin' genius left and right, hopping off client calls and putting your notes and everything that just happened into your systems like you're the most organized person in the world. You're ON TOP OF IT and no one can say otherwise. This is the DREAM, and the sky's the limit when you're operating this way, right??
The problem though -- this is once in a blue moon. And you can't plan for its arrival either.
The real reality: You LOVE your business and you wake up excited to be in it. But when you actually sit down to get working, it looks more like hoping some caffeine, re-writing the same task list you've been writing for days for the 7th time, and the right focus playlist will finally flip a switch in your brain and let you get done what you want to get done.
But next thing you know, you catch yourself scrolling and not knowing how you even got there, and you spend the rest of the day forcing your attention back in line instead of making the progress you wanted to make.
You're not new to this though. You've been around the business-owner block and built some good systems along the way. You've got the CRM system so you're not manually typing out a Google Doc for a contract every time, you've automated some repetitive bullshit and have solid processes you follow, you've got a task system (that... you may or may not even use lol).
So, sure, you're organized and your business has some great structure....
All of that fixed parts of how your business runs.
But it didn't touch the part where you're still fighting your brain every day just to get shit done.
So, sure, you're organized and your business has some great structure....
All of that fixed parts of how your business runs.
But it didn't touch the part where you're still fighting your brain every day just to get shit done.
Here's why having systems hasn't stopped it from feeling so damn hard ⤵︎
Here's why having systems hasn't stopped it from feeling so damn hard ⤵︎
Because your brain is still doing a shocking amount of work your systems could be helping with.
Some of that work should not need you AT ALL.
Remembering to send something. Checking whether a step happened. Setting up whatever comes next. Moving the same information from one app to another.
Each one takes a minute or two, so it barely registers as work… but your brain has to stay half-alert all day so none of it gets dropped.
And then there is the work that really does need you....
Your task list says "finish client project."
Cool. WHAT did I already finish? Where are the notes? What was I thinking the last time I touched this? What needs to happen next? Should I even be working on this today??
The task is sitting right there, but your brain still has to find everything and remember the entire project before you can do it. And by the time you finally know what the task means, you're already tired. You haven't even started yet.
THAT is the part your current systems never fixed.
They made pieces of the business more organized. Your brain is still being asked to remember too much, move too much, make too many tiny decisions, and figure out how to begin every damn time.
Which is how you can have a pretty organized business and still feel like you're dragging your brain through it every day.
Once your systems are doing more of the work, mornings stop needing so much negotiation.⤵︎
You sit down and the day is already there.
You can see what needs your attention. The notes and any context you need to actually understand what you’re doing are right there are with it. You know where you left off, and the next step is right there. And if you get stuck stuck, you actually have systems you can go to that will help to untangle your brain… to get you moving again without pushing.
You can just start working before your brain has time to turn just getting started into a whole EVENT.
A client signs while you're getting your shopping done at Costco… but it doesn’t turn into you racing to get done and forgetting half your list so you can get them what they need.
One flip of a switch on your phone and the contract goes out on it’s own. They sign while you’re still doing your thing, and their project is already loaded up into your task system. They get what they need, you get what you need, and the call prep for your kickoff call is already ready for your view. YOUR next move is just to…. show up and do YOU.
And when a low day hits.... and the whole business does not hit the floor with you.
All that repeatable admin work keeps moving.
Anything that needs YOU can wait. Like… it can actually wait. Your systems are grabbing what needs you + all the context while you’re resting, vacationing, disappearing… and there’s no worries. Because with systems like this, you’ll be caught back up in just MINUTES when you come back.
And on the days your brain is ON??
You get to spend that energy doing the work you're f*cking incredible at..
You’re not burning half of it remembering what happened, digging through a bunch of different apps, making the same little decisions or steps or checks over and over again, or manually keeping the business alive.
Then you close your laptop.... and that’s it. You’re done. Your brain is no longer still in work-mode trying to white-knuckle anything you might forget. You’re offline.
Welcome To
TOTAL SYSTEMS REVAMP
TSR is my done-for-you systems retainer for ADHD and neurodivergent (or suspected) business owners.
I get all the way inside your business and learn where your brain keeps getting pulled into work it should not have to do.
You show me the CRM you sort of use, the task system you keep ghosting, the processes held together entirely by memory, and the random manual work you assumed was just part of running a business.
YOU don’t need to come in and tell me what systems you need (but if you do have a wishlist, omg SHARE) — that’s what I’m here for.
Then I build it all.
We’ll be building you systems that do way more (doing, thinking, deciding, planning, prioritizing, etc, etc, etc) FOR you.
And for the work that really does need you, I build a MUCH easier way to get into it. The information is already there. The pieces that CAN be done for you ahead of time ARE. You know where to begin. Your brain has fewer chances to get hung up before the real work even starts. Everything. Feels. Easier.
You’re no longer in the weeds with your systems building, tweaking, googling, troubleshooting. You get to keep running your business while I make it take less and less of your brain to run.
WHAT I’M BUILDING
FOR YOU IN TSR ⤵︎
YOUR SECOND BRAIN: Your business remembers its own sh*t now.
Your tasks, projects, ideas, notes, client and offer details…. allllll that information scattered across your business gets captured somewhere useful. ONE go-to place.
But storing and organizing it is only half the job.
With a Total Systems Revamp second brain system, the stuff that needs your attention comes TO YOU when you need it, even if you forgot it existed. Your second brain feels like your assistant.
It shows you everything you need to see, plus all the context you need to actually understand it. Now you can take a week off without having to return as a detective in your own business, opening 19 different app screens and trying to figure out where you left off and where you were going next.
CLIENT + OFFER SYSTEMS: A client can move through your business without you escorting every step.
Someone says yes and the next steps start happening. Forms go out. Reminders send. Their project gets set up. You get to sell and be EXCITED, and instead of 100 manual steps to get things rolling, your next step is just to show up and do what you do best.
And offer delivery gets a WHOLE lot easier after we find all the repeatable pieces and templatize, systemize, and automate them. The admin parts of offer delivery that usually drag become stupid easy, so the genius parts that only YOU can do feel fun, energizing, and free-flowing again.
TASK + CONTEXT CAPTURE: "Email Sarah" finally comes with enough information to actually mean something to you.
Tasks that come up during calls, slack chats, emails back and forth, brain dumps you voice note into your phone… they all make it into your task system — on their own. That means after that call that has you needing to get up from your desk and decompress IMMEDIATELY, everything that came up that you need to do or remember is in your system waiting for you when you’re ready. With full context.
Three days later, you don’t just have all your tasks and nothing forgotten — you also have all the info you need to get started on them. (A DREAM for the ADHD brain that gets locked up from lack of clarity). Your task to email Sarah is going to also tell you who Sarah is, why you're emailing her, and what the hell you were supposed to say.
START SUPPORT: Knowing what to do is not always enough to make your brain DO it.
And while all of the above is already going to make a massive difference…. when everything feels urgent and you don’t know where to begin, or when your getting your brain working feels like trying to run a marathon in thick mud, you need more than just a clear task list.
You’re going to need systems that actually help you start. This is where we build from what your brain really gets locked up on, and what helps it get moving again. Totally tailored-to-YOUR-brain systems that do things like helping you plan and prioritize, break down tasks, untangle your brain, start every day in a way that makes you brain feel ready to go, or even help you work through executive dysfunction itself. The magic, and IMPORTANT, piece of systems for ADHD brains that most systems offers will NOT include.
AI + AUTOMATIONS: Your apps start passing information to each other without making YOU carry it.
This is what fills all the gaps and what makes your systems feel like an entire ecosystem working together instead of a few good systems here, and there, and over there… but floating on their own. Your AI note-taker is updating your task list. Your CRM is creating projects in your project system as soon as a client signs, and the private Slack channel is created for you and ready to go. The time tracking you do in the app where you track your tasks is seamlessly being sent right to your CRM for billing. Boujee buttons and backend workflows with badass automations built into your systems to make everything feel luxuriously easy and intuitive, because that’s the Slay Your Systems way.
Put all five together and the your business starts working like it has a digital team of ten working behind the scenes… all to support YOU.
Yeah… it’s that good.
-
First, I get nosy as hell.
I need to see how the business REALLY works.
What happens when someone wants to hire you? Where do tasks show up? What are you manually moving between apps? Which parts only happen because you remember to do them?
Then we get into your brain.
What do you avoid even though it looks easy on paper? What work feels worse to your brain than watching paint dry? What can you fly through on a great day and barely touch at all on a low one? What does your brain need in front of it before it can start?
You just tell me what happens.
You do NOT need to turn any of those answers into a system or show up knowing what should be automated. That part belongs to me.
-
I figure out where the business is creating unnecessary work for you and what the systems should be doing instead. And I find every way we can make business feel WAYYY easier on your brain.
Then I map out what needs to be built.
The highest-priority pieces come first, so we start taking real work off your brain as early as possible.
And you’ll be able to see what I am working on now and where we’re going next.
-
As soon as one piece is ready, I show you how it works and put it into your real business.
You start using it while I build the next piece.
THIS is where it gets really good -- because we find out how the system works on a random Wednesday when you are busy, annoyed, distracted — when your brain is showing us it’s honest reality.
Maybe one extra click makes your brain refuse to use the whole damn thing.
Maybe a weird client situation shows us something we did not know we needed to account for.
Maybe what we THOUGHT was the answer on the surface actually just helped us reveal something new underneath that we need to solve for.GOOD. This ↑ is the work that lets us build the systems that will feel like they’re foundationally changing the way you run and relate to your business — and the ones that will finally STICK.
As I go, I also write systems guides and SOPs as each piece is finished, so you are never left trying to remember how to use something or how something works.
-
When I see that we’re nearing the end of our project builds, I’ll let you know we’re near what looks like our last month together. If you’re feeling good and don’t feel the need to dig in or build any further, I’ll spend that last 30 days finishing documentation, and being around for you to answer any remaining questions and take care of any final tweaks that come up.
A good, SOLID end to a full-business systems project so you don’t leave feeling like you have a bunch of new systems that you don’t understand.
(BUT, if you want to keep me on deck as YOUR systems pro, you can! :) We’ll talk about a couple different lower-tier options that keep me on your team for as long as you like.)
Here’s what working together actually looks like ⤵︎
Oh yeah…
Your business is about to get
a whole lot hotter behind the scenes.

THE DONE-FOR-YOU SYSTEMS STRATEGY & BUILD RETAINER FOR POWERFUL CUSTOM SYSTEMS TAILORED TO YOUR BRAIN AND BUSINESS
$3,500 per month
Three-month minimum,
$10,500 initial commitment, paid monthly
WHAT THE TOTAL SYSTEMS REVAMP RETAINER INCLUDES:
A deep dive into your brain and business. I learn how the business runs and where your brain keeps getting pulled in. That shows me what is making everything harder than it needs to be.
Your whole-business systems plan. I decide what needs to be built across all five areas and put it in priority order so you always know what I am working on now and what is coming next.
The full done-for-you build. I handle the process design and technical work for every system, automation, AI build, or tool setup included in our current build plan.
Rollout and continued improvements. I show you how each finished piece works, put it into your real business, and keep adjusting it as you use it so we get even the most tailored-to-your-brain systems just right.
A 60-minute 1:1 call every other week. We use this time for deeper questions, walkthroughs, decisions, and anything that is easier to handle together live.
Private Slack access while we work together. You have somewhere to bring questions and tell me what is happening as you use the systems.
Step-by-step guides for what I build. I document each finished piece so you know how it works and do not have to reverse-engineer anything later.
A supported final month. When the main build is complete, our 30-day closeout is where I finish up systems documentation, and you come to me when last questions or little tweaks come up.
-
Because the first part of this work is a LOT of brain work on my side.
I am learning an established business and figuring out what is taking the most from your brain. I am also finding work you did not know your systems could handle and deciding what needs to be built first.
Then I need enough time to build the highest-priority pieces and see what happens when you use them in real life.
Three months is the shortest amount of time that lets me do this work properly.
It gives us time to make meaningful changes. It does not promise that every system in the entire business will be finished by month three.
-
The TSR retainer continues month to month at $3,500.
If there is more in the plan you want me to build, I keep building.
I keep an eye on our progress and tell you when we are getting close to a natural stopping point.
When you are ready to finish, you give 30 days' notice. That final paid month gives us time to finish your guides and handle whatever comes up while you use the full setup.
Then the systems are yours to run!
If you want to keep me on deck afterward, you can move into a lower-tier, ongoing maintenance retainer for high-touch systems support or Systems Hotline for low-touch as-needed support.
FAQs

GREAT starting point!!
We’ll look at what’s already working, keep the good stuff, and find ways to make it even better. Sometimes the answer might be a different app or structure. But a lot of the time, the answer is getting the setup you already have to work better and connect better with everything else around it.
-
Nope.
You just need to know that running your business is taking way more out of you and your brain than it should.
Figuring out why that’s happening, what your systems should be handling, and what needs to be built is my job.
That being said, I am also SO interested to hear the ideas or wishlist YOU have for your systems if that’s the case. -
With all the kindness in my heart, NOOOO! That “mess” is a GOLDMINE of information that is going to help me see where you need the most help, and what kind of solutions would work best specifically for you. The “mess” is also a major piece of the puzzle, and there is NOOO judgement here at all, we’ve all been there.
-
Not necessarily, but I’ll for sure talk to you about all the great things about them!
Notion and Moxie are the systems I use myself and recommend most to other business owners because of their capability when it comes to custom builds (ADHD brains are PICKY, we need to be able to build what the brain wants!) and automations (Moxie and Notion both have more connectivity with other tools than a lot of other similar apps).
I can always work with (or even learn) other apps to build what you’re looking for. If it’s something I know is out of my wheelhouse, I’ll let you know before we even get on a sales call — I ask you what systems you are using or would like to use on the application form! -
They do not need to be perfect (we’ll be polishing them up anyways), but they do need to exist.
We can absolutely improve the steps, remove unnecessary stuff, and make the workflows work better while we build. But if you are still deciding how you deliver what you sell, what should happen with a client from start to finish, etc., there’s some setup to be done before we can make the best of our time in Total Systems Revamp.
If this is you, check out my 90 Minute Sessions where we can map out these processes together before jumping into TSR!
-
At the beginning, I need you to be an open book.
I’ll ask a lot of questions about how the business runs and what your brain is doing inside it.
After that, your main job is to use what I build. You get to tell me what feels easy, what still catches, and what real life reveals once the system is doing its job.
But you gotta dive in and try your new systems! Don’t be afraid to break anything, or to use them “wrong”. The faster you get in there and get your hands dirty, the faster you get comfortable with them and we find what we still need to tweak to make them REALLY work for you.
And there will be times where I will be in Slack asking questions during a build to make sure I build things in a way that fits you and your business best. Your feedback during this process, even rough and messy!, is what keeps things moving well. And of course, I handle the strategy, design, technical work, building, and documentation.
-
The three-month minimum gives us enough runway to complete the full diagnostic and strategy, then get meaningful, high-priority systems built and working inside your business.
I have had multiple clients finish TSR in three months, but how much we complete in that time depends on what already exists, what you and your business need, how complex the builds are, and your ability to use your new systems and provide timely feedback.
Your whole backend is considered in the strategy. The prioritized plan makes it clear what I’m building first and what comes next.
-
An OBM manages the ongoing operations of your business.
Inside TSR, I diagnose what the backend needs, design the systems and processes behind it, and build the technical infrastructure that makes those operations easier to run (or handles a lot of those operations FOR you).
I specialize in systems strategy and implementation — if you need someone handling daily admin and managing the business for you, you’ll want to look for an OBM or VA.
(Pssst… these systems often make the job of the OBM/VA much easier for them, and much more valuable for you!!) -
The systems strategy and target outcome at the end is largely the same, the main difference is who builds.
Inside coaching, you build your systems with me beside you providing the strategy, guidance, and technical support.
Inside Total Systems Revamp, I build them for you.
-
Nope! Lots of my clients come to me knowing their diagnoses, lots come to me with their suspicions or self-diagnoses, and lots come to me just really resonating with my copy and content.
I’ve built systems for clients who have either busy brains or busy systems, or both combined. :) -
You’ll leave with SOPs, system documentation, and guides showing you how everything works.
But there are also options to keep me on deck if you want to stay hands-off when it comes to tech/systems for good:If you want me to stay actively involved, you can move into a lower-ticket high-touch maintenance retainer.
If you want to run everything independently but have me available as-needed if/when something doesn’t work as planned or a question comes up, you can enroll in my lowest-ticket 1:1 service, Systems Hotline.
You COULD keep trying to figure all of this out yourself.
You could keep fitting systems work between client calls and everything else you already do.
One process gets fixed.
Another system gets rebuilt when the time/energy shows up.
You’re capable of doing that.
But that would also make the same brain already carrying too much of the business responsible for redesigning all the systems behind it.
Total Systems Revamp is where you hand that job to me.
I’ll lead us to finding out what your dream systems look like.
I figure out what needs to change and build it better than you ever thought possible… while you just keep doing what you do best :)
